Chicken Milanese

(click picture for larger view)

Chicken breast, pounded out to about one inch thick, breaded with panko. Next, I season the panko, with fresh herbs and seasoning. I fry the chicken on medium heat, four minutes on each side. The chicken is accompanied by a mix of Belgium Endive and Radicchio salad tossed with lemon and olive oil. This dish makes the avid chicken aficionado glee, and at the same time it is healthy, fulfilling and delicious.

  1. Look at you writing a cooking blog! I have a workout blog and you have a cooking blog. What's wrong with THAT picture? LOL

  2. Mike....it looks delicious...why don't you give cooking lessons or have a dinner party in which guest have to pay and they get to sample different dishes?

honestly, you are onto something here!

  3. This is by far my favorite dish of all time... YOU HAVE TO TRY IT! For lunch or dinner I crave Mike's chicken Milanese! The first time Mike whipped this up for a quick dinner I told him I could have it 3 times a week. He was very happy....but he literally started laughing out loud w/ a scared OMG face in between his laugh. For those of you that don't know Mike his least favorite meal is made w/ chicken! Guess what my favorite is!! Poor Mike, as usual, was doomed! Should Mike ask what I was in the mood for early or late....he clearly knew what was next!
"I" say this is a year round dish....Mike says it's a "summer dish". We agree to disagree as usual - but I bet I can get him to make it again ;)
