The major influence for my passion for food comes from my mother. I also have over 6 years experience in the food and beverage industry. With that being said, my plates will be of a homestyle flair, consisting of fresh ingredients; ranging from family style dishes, comfy food, delicious sandwiches and soups, as well as seafood; some of which will be a throwback to my heritage, Italian and Polish.
